HR Con 2023

The HRCON’23 event is an essential event for HR professionals as it offers the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and best practices in employee value proposition (EVP).

The main theme of the event is EVP, which is a strategy that can help companies attract, retain, and engage their employees.

The event will cover various aspects of EVP, including how to develop and implement effective EVP strategies, how to measure the success of EVP initiatives, and how to communicate EVP to employees.

Attendees will have the chance to participate in insightful discussions with industry experts and to network with other HR professionals.

Additionally, the event will include interactive workshops where attendees can learn practical skills to implement EVP strategies in their organizations.

With the HRCON’23 event, HR professionals can gain the knowledge and skills needed to create a positive work culture and improve employee satisfaction, which can lead to increased productivity and business success.

One of the highlights of HRCON’23 will be a wellness workshop. This workshop will focus on inner wellness, and ways to build a mental health platform for the benefit of the team. The workshop will provide practical tips and tools that attendees can use to promote mental health and well-being in the workplace

  • Panel discussion on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
  • Interactive session on effective performance management strategies
  • Talk show on the impact of technology on HR practices
  • Workshop on developing a company culture that supports employee well-being
  • Presentation on the latest trends in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Networking session focused on building connections with HR professionals from diverse industries
  • Roundtable discussion on the role of HR in driving business growth and innovation

Another important aspect of HRCON’23 will be sustainability. A nonbar event will be held at a cinema, featuring a talkshow about plastic waste reduction. The talkshow will explore various ways in which companies can reduce their plastic footprint and promote sustainable practices. The event will also feature a networking session where attendees can exchange ideas and learn from each other.

In addition to the exciting nonbar event at a cinema, HRCON’23 will have a strong focus on promoting sustainability. As part of this effort, the talkshow at the cinema will delve into the critical issue of plastic waste reduction. Attendees will hear from experts in the field who will share insights on how businesses can minimize their plastic footprint and promote sustainable practices.

These discussions will help attendees gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to sustainability in the workplace. Moreover, the networking session that follows the talkshow will provide an excellent opportunity for attendees to engage with each other and share their own experiences and ideas related to sustainability.

They can explore various ways to implement sustainable practices in their own workplaces and learn from each other’s successes and challenges.

Here are some ideas for event activation related to promoting sustainability:

  • Host a sustainability-themed hackathon where attendees can collaborate and come up with innovative solutions to sustainability challenges in the workplace.
  • Organize a “green team” competition where teams from different companies can compete to implement the most sustainable practices in their workplaces. The winning team could receive a prize or recognition.
  • Offer a workshop on sustainable leadership, where attendees can learn how to integrate sustainability into their leadership style and decision-making processes.
  • Set up a sustainability expo where attendees can learn about sustainable products and services from various vendors and organizations.
  • Partner with a local environmental organization and organize a volunteer event, such as a beach cleanup or tree planting, to give back to the community and promote sustainability.

Mercer Indonesia, a leading consulting firm, will be invited to discuss the future of compensation and benefit in hospitality. The session will cover the latest trends and best practices in compensation and benefit, and will provide insights into how companies can attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in a lively discussion with the speakers.

A keynote speaker will be invited to speak at the event. Potential candidates include Adit and Trisno, who recently retired from BI. The keynote speech will focus on the importance of EVP in today’s competitive job market, and will provide insights into how companies can develop and implement effective EVP strategies. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from the experience of these industry experts and to ask questions during the Q&A session.

HRCON’23 will provide a unique opportunity for HR professionals and business leaders to learn about the latest trends and best practices in EVP, sustainability, and compensation and benefit. The event will feature a mix of workshops, talk shows, and networking sessions, providing attendees with a well-rounded experience. We look forward to seeing you at HRCON’23!
